Please note: This is an independent studio / collection point and not an open storefront. Pickup slots are typically arranged during morning or evening hours. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp / Email to coordinate a convenient pickup window.

Standard Shipping (Israel)

Cost: 25₪

Delivery Method: Orders are fulfilled either via personal door-to-door delivery or Israel Post registered mail, depending on your location and optimal routing.

Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 10 business days.

Note: Please ensure your full shipping details (phone number, building entrance, floor, and apartment number) are accurate at checkout so delivery runs smoothly.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! For international orders, please get in touch with us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote and delivery timeframe for your destination.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return any item if:
– It’s within 14 days of delivery
– It’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
To request a return – just contact us.
We offer a full refund (minus shipping and 5% processing fee), or store credit / exchange if you prefer.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable
– Refunds are made via the original payment method
